Looking for group

I am a gold3 player looking for a casual group, also people who are looking to get better and discuss LoLgic.
I have little games clocked overall so i personally believe i am these ranks in the following roles
Support(mostly Sona):Low Plat
Mid/ADC: High silver Low Gold for both roles
Jungle:Situational on game at hand
Top: Wood 5
Needless to say, i dont want to play top yet.

I would be interested in this assuming you don't think you're the best around like 60% of the LoL community

I definitely dont think im the best. I have tons of room for improvement, but I dont have many people to play with to point out what exactly i can improve on and discuss play by plays.
With this being said, I reeeeaaaally dont want to play with people who takr offense to a little advice and when people point out what they need to do to get better.
